Most Status Hero integrations work by matching the email address in Status Hero to the email address that is used in the integration app (ex: GitHub). It's how we automatically sync the data and include it with your check-ins.  

But if you are using a different email address in the integration app, the activity doesn't have anyone to match up with and it's not included. 

To make sure that the integration activity is included in your check-in set your secondary email address to match the one in the integration. You can set your secondary email address in Personal Settings - Email & Password
