With "Track completions" enabled, team members will be asked if they did what they said they'd do when they last checked in.

To enable or disable completion tracking, o to the Teams & People page, select "Team Settings" from the menu on the corresponding team, and then Check-ins in the left-hand menu.

Under the "Questions" section, toggle the "Track completions" option.
