If you have a finance or billing team that manages payments for software tools, you may need to add them as an administrator to Status Hero in order to purchase.

To do this, just add them as an account administrator and do not add them to any teams. This way, they will not be billed.

Go to Account - Users and select "Add a new user". Scroll to the bottom of the user page and check the "Account Administrator" option and select "Save changes".

Administrator users will not receive an invite and will need to use a magic link to sign in.
