The Salesforce integration is configured via Zapier.
To set it up

Connect your Salesforce account
On the "Salesforce Object" step, select Opportunity
Connect your Status Hero account
On the "Map fields from Salesforce into Status Hero" step, select the link at the bottom of the page that says "See how the Zap editor can help you" and select "Use Advanced Mode"
Select the "+" option to add an additional step between Salesforce and Status Hero
For the "Event", select "Find Record" and click "Continue"
Select your Salesforce account and "Continue"
Under the "Set up action" step, in the "Salesforce Object" select "User"
For "Field to Search By", select "User ID"
For "Search Value", select "Owner ID" and then select "Continue"
On the "Record Activity in Status Hero" section, fill in the following:
For "Email or Name", select the "Find Record in Salesforce" option and then "email"
For the description, you can create a link to the record with the URL of your Salesforce instance coupled with information from Salesforce, like the opportunity ID, name, and stage name.
Ex:
<a href="[YOUR INSTANCE URL]/lightning/Opportunity/[OBJECT ID]">[NAME]</a>opportunity updated ([Stage Name])
For Source, use Salesforce
For Source URL, use your Salesforce instance URL (ex: https://statushero.lightning.force.com)
Select "Continue" and then "Test & continue"
Check the Activity page to make sure the event came over correctly. If you see the information in the Activity page, you're all set!
Here's how the Salesforce updates will look alongside a check-in:

Troubleshooting
Look for updates in the activity stream first. The dashboard will sum up updates from the previous period. (The check-ins essentially say "here's what I did yesterday, and here is all of the Salesforce activity to go along with that.)
Make sure that the people making updates in Salesforce match up by email with people on your team in Status Hero. If you or a team member is using a different email address in Salesforce, set the secondary email address to match the one used in Salesforce.
Status Hero won't be able to record data retroactively. Make sure you generate some activity in Salesforce in order to test things out after you've set up the connection.
Note: The Salesforce integration is available in Pro, Corporate, and Enterprise plans only. If you are subscribed to the Basic plan, you will need to upgrade to use the Salesforce integration.
