In Status Hero, each team can have its own custom questions, tags, notification settings, default time zone, integrations, and other settings. As a result, there's not a way to check in to multiple teams in a single step.

The desire to use the same check in across multiple teams could be an indicator that the teams need to be reconfigured: it's rare that individual accomplishments and goals are identical for separate teams organized around function or project.

For leads, managers, or other stakeholders participating in multiple teams, we recommend checking in to one team where intentions and accomplishments can be captured, and using the "observer" role on the other teams. This way, stakeholders still get the check-in digests and can engage with the other teams via comments and reaction indicators.
